I'll look into this - thanks. I think that adding the import to the plugin would be really helpful in helping people decide to move from another platform to this one. I will certainly look into next week when I get to that. Currently I am going through all the listings and updating descriptions for all of them manually... my current system makes those descriptions an upgrade feature, but I think that I would like it to be a standard feature. Thanks for always being do helpful!

At current the plugin doesn't support this out of the box, however I do believe this plugin from the repository has been updated to work with custom post types

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/csv-importer/

Perhaps this could do the trick?!

Maybe I missed it - but is there a way to import listings from a csv or xls file?
