Ahhhhh... that makes sense.... teh reason tehy're still there is to preserve compatibility with older versions... however, perhaps this might have been a good time to strip them out (maybe next time... I feel the big 100 coming on ;)

Easiest way to rid somewhere of all "unwanted" files..

From Terminal:

find . -name <file name> -ls -exec rm {} \;

and out they go.

What, you don't have Terminal? lol

Granted, that'll work for linux too. :)

I always run that on a dir I'm getting ready to tar up. Gotta boot them .DS_Store files you know. ;)

I just took those out from mine, Doc. I have my own home and default themes.

Pretty decent collection though, James. Although there's still some cleanup left on them. Mainly extra files, like a backup (.bak) or something. Unless leaving those were intentional.

Yes, the directory names. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Um, Casting a vote for not changing the home theme to the edublog default. Or at the very least give it a different directory name. That was kind of a surprise to see that pop up.

I think he is referring to the theme directory names.

In the current download available, I'll assume leftovers from the last pack, there's:

citrus islandwp
nikynik-blue(tp)
ocadia(tp)
redoable 1.1

Which, it's just fine to rename those directories Doc.
