I actually think I have it resolved. I checked my tables and found that the domain mapping table wasn't being created. I found the following thread:

http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/domain-mapping-cause-page-to-redirect-to-signup-page#post-88418

I followed the advice of logging out and then back in. Once I did, the table was created and I was able to successfully map the test domain.

I have set up the domain mapping plugin according to the instructions, but when I attempt to map a domain I own to a test subsite I created it just refreshes and nothing is created.

I am not sure if it has something to with the setup of my multisite. I currently have Wordpress setup on a subdomain (blogs.fanoop.com) and it is set to a subdirectory install. So when a user creates a new site the path will be blogs.fanoop.com/example/.

My dedicated IP address points to the main site for http://www.fanoop.com.

Is there a conflict between my dedicated IP and having WordPress setup on a subdomain?
