I had a quick look at the code in Google Chrome and found that the side bar that you're talking about is actually in the same div container as the rest of the content above it. Currently it's included in the <div id="front-left">, however it should actually be in the <div id="front-right">.

It doesn't show exactly where the code is, but this would be a starting point for you, I hope.
