Gina...I've gotten much more help from you. This certainly hasn't been a walk in the park. I am sleep deprived and suffering from information overload. It all seems so dreamy and painless from the outside, but once your in....hello nightmare :(

I am really bummed.

Thanks for all your help though. I would never had made it this far w/o you. Pay-to-Blog is what I needed afterall.

haha the reason i know all this is because mason and aaron have helped me out so much the past like 6 months or so. :) mason is the true resolution man!

tutu - you can run thru the sign up process on my site now with supporter/marketpress - i have it totally figured out... finally! this new WP 3.1 with the separate network/site admin totally messed me up. only difference is i do allow free blogs (ad supported/adsense/paid ads) but they can't use marketpress/add products until they upgrade... and now (with mason's help) i have it set up where products from shops in the supporter network are shown on the front page instead of blog posts.

if you want marketpress to only be available to paid members you need to make sure you have marketpress installed in /plugins/ directory and then you need to activate it in the "site admin" dashboard.. NOT network admin. then go to supporter set up and set marketpress to auto-activate supporters only.

if members are still able to write a blog when they log in.. then you need to use the supporter-write.php i told you about in the other thread. then they won't be able to add any content or really do anything in the dashboard.. the great thing with support is you can add text above the supporter sign up to show members the value in upgrading to paid member.

:)

Mason, do you know of any site names that are utilizing both supporter and marketpress? Also, is there a way to disable the every three months and annual subscription in supporter?

This is for an application called "marketpress". It allows me to setup a shopping network, where individual users can signup for and run online stores. I, as the network owner, collect a pre-defined percentage of each sale as a fee from the individual store owners.

Primary receiver: Individual Store Owner
Secondary receiver: Store Network Owner
PayPal Fees paid by: Individual Store Owner

hope this helps...

Sorry to be a bother :( I would love to know this without asking. I received coorespondence back from paypal x with some questions about my app. Here they are:

1)	In your chained payment, who is the primary receiver and who is the secondary receiver? Also, who is paying PayPal fee? Is it primary receiver or secondary receiver or each receiver?
2)	Do you have an Acceptable Use Policy publicly available? And where can we find it? If not, you can use PayPal's (https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/marketingweb?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/AcceptableUse_full&locale.x=en_US). However one must be posted due to there are activities that PayPal is restricted to its users. I will use Paypal's.
3)	What is your fee or percentage structure of all sales on your site? 4%
4)	Do you have a refund policy posted on your site? We strongly recommend that you have a refund policy posted on your site even if you don’t offer refund. Yes. It is posted on the "Gateway Settings Page Message"

I have answered all bu the first b/c I don't know what secondary receiver is and I don't know how to word that the shop owners pay the paypal fees. Can you please advise?
