Hi truelux,

I've not tried it myself but the following plugin seems to handle the profile tracking:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/yd-profile-visitor-tracker/

It's a bit dated at this point and doesn't claim BP 1.5 compatibility but I'm sure you could update it or re-use code from it to create your own solution, if you're comfortable with a bit of coding.

I've not seen anything in the way of user ratings, where users rate each other though. It would require a fair bit of custom work as you'd likely want to provide a front-end interface for rating purpose.

How can I make it so that the profiles of each member tracks the amount of unique or pageviews their profile receives?

I would also like to have the ability of rating members.
