I will resolve this topic, since we haven't heard back from you in a while, but please don't hesitate to reopen it should you still require additional support from us. Just select the 'Mark as Not Resolved (re-open)' box below the post area (otherwise we might miss your new post).

Have a great day and hope that you managed to sort out the pop ups issue!

Hi @chefben

I landed on your topic by chance when I was searching for other members who are also facing problems with the Pop Up plugin. Note that I've tested the latest version of the Pop Up in my own test lab and didn't have a problem displaying the pop up. So I want to go into more detail with my investigation.

Would you be able to share your settings for your pop up that's not working so that I can test similar settings in my own test lab? When you look at all the conditions that are available once you create a new pop over, there can definitely be a lot of variables, so we need to narrow down what might be causing the issue for every member.

Look forward to your feedback and taking my investigation further :)

Have a good day!

Greetings BJ,

Thank you for the additional information.

I did not hone in on the caching deal simply by accident :-)

Could you please disable WP Super Cache and test if the Pop Up! then works flawlessly?

I look forward to your results and then I can take these to the lead developer with resolution.

Please advise.

Cheers, Joe

Greetings Benjamin,

Thank you for this great question and bringing this significant issue to our attention in addition to including the URL, great going.

Are you folks using some kind of caching by any chance? If so what is its name?

I intend to notify the lead developer about this issue but want to have any relevant information he may need included in this ticket.

Please advise.

Cheers, Joe

We've been using the popup plugin for years and its been great on http://www.gourmetads.com

However from version 4.4 and 4.4.1 it has broken our drop down on the site. As such we've had to disable it.

Any ideas ?

Cheers
