That depends on whether or not you want the out of the box look or not and if it looks right or not out of the box depends upon your theme.

What is your theme?

Yes, as suggested in above posts !

BTW ... Q&A does not have a delete link in the plugins list... which is sort of ...substandard

For that you will have to network deactivate the plugin. Please see the screenshot

If the suggestions above by PC are not enough then the Q&A plugin files for rendering in your theme are all kept in the default-templates sub folder of the Q&A plugin itself which can be modified to your desire.

Be sure to back them up or permission the modified files 444 read only or they could be over written during an update.

as @DavidM Suggested in other thread

The templates you're referring to are actually only for WordPress pages and they're not (or not supposed to be) available for posts or custom post types such as Q&A's Questions.
As such, to customize the display of the Q&A sections would require a bit of customization with your theme.
To make the process a bit simpler, you can copy the files from the qa/default-template folder within the Q&A plugin folder, and move them into your theme's folder where you can customize them from there.

It's something recommended for those with WordPress development experience and you could consider posting a customization request to our job board if you're not quite comfortable with that.

as @Joe suggested :

I have found the solution to be changing the <div id="qa-page-wrapper"> to<div id="qa-page-wrapper2"> in several files that it exists.

Now, as I think you may want to use custom css for the qa-page-wrapper.
In general.css, you'll find the following.

#qa-page-wrapper {
float: left;
overflow: hidden;
width: 620px;
padding-bottom: 2em;
}

You might have to do some adjustments according to your theme and if the width does not work, you may want to add !important after the width.

PS : A rule that has the !important property will always be applied no matter where that rule appears in the CSS document. So if you wanted to make sure that a property always applied, you would add the !important property to the tag. So, to make the width always 620px, in the above example, you would write

width: 620px !important;

How do we get the Q&A Page to display like a normal page or post within our theme?

the Questions/Answers pages are not rendering like a normal page in my theme... the formatting is a train wreck.

I don't quite understand the instructions:

Customization options
Optionally, you can further customize the appearance of the Q&A section, to better integrate it with your theme.

To do so, simply copy the php files from default-templates into your theme folder and start customizing

I don't want to customize it, I want it to display like a normal default page
