To be honest, I think we're pretty good with nailing spammers on the wpmudev site.

It's just bothering me that folks are pointing people from the mu forums over to the Jobs Board and, unless they pay for access, have neither access to post a job offer or lookup developer contact information.

I agree with christofire with only allowing paid members to post developer information or see the private side of the job offers but please consider lowering access to job offerers to just registered. Else the jobs board becomes rather moot and worthless in my opinion.

If everything is tied a user account the odds of people posting bogus jobs or developer profiles are very low. There's also no room for spamming, etc.

Thanks,

I can certainly see you would only allow members to bid for jobs, but it seems that anyone ought to be able to post a request for a job.

Wouldn't that offer more benefit to member-developers by expanding their opportunity for contract jobs?

P.S. I am *not* a developer.

Greets:

Just would like someone to verify this for me but it seems like only subscribed folks to the premium site have access to this list. Those who haven't paid are not able to view information, leave a job offer, etc.

I'm asking because I just tried pulling up a developers contact information and it told me that I had to be logged on. Wasn't sure if that meant paid as well.

Thanks,
