Please would yoy telle me if you tried to use one of the 100 Theme Pack in non english version. I used Poedit for translating both of them to french but a lot of Words are not ready for translation.

I doubt that there will be a global pot file for all of the themes, as they are by a LOT of different original authors. They should all now have the relevant hooks in them to allow for translation though.

Yup, James has said previously that this is one of the reasons why they have someone redoing all of the themes.

Do i need to translate every theme individually? Is there any global pot. file for all themes? If yes, where I can find this file.
