Hej,

I have two suggestions / needs for this plugin:

1. Add the privacy olptions to the signup as well.
I want my users to see that they can establish there private site.

2. Let super-Admin choose which privacy option to suggest.

For example in my network there is no relationship between the sites, so the option for network users only is confusing and not relevant.
