I've reached 32000 limit with 100,000 user account
How do i solve this? my blogs.dir does not create new directory anymore
ext3's problem but ext4 only goes 64000
should i switch to reiserfs or there are ready solutions for this?

If you have a windows servers you could setup a NFS share.
ntfs does not have that file limitation.
or XFS or something else.
