Hello,
We are using buddypress on our website. When someone try to place comments on any post in group it ends to 404 Not Found. This issue looks like permalink or .htaccess related issue but I am not sure if it is related to this or something else. Before posting the URL looks like this
http://domain.tld/page-permalink/group-permalink/
When someone tries to place comment the URL change to
http://domain.tld/another-page-permalink/reply/
This start coming after we migrated the site from subdomain to root domain.
Following is the configuration of my site
Wordpress: Version 3.3.1
BuddyPress: Version 1.5.3.1
S2Members Pro Version: 111220
Theme: MoviePress from PremiumPress.com
Is there any solution available for this issue?

Well if you have recently moved the site from a subdomain to a root domain then first I would go through the DB and check for any incorrect links even if you fix this issue through one of the following methods.
You might also wish to check that all the BuddyPress pages are created, also save them again.
Admin --> BuddyPress --> Pages
wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-page-settings
You could also go and save your Permalinks again.
Did you make any changes to your htacess?

Let us know how you get on.
Take care.

Hey again. :-)
Any references to links and paths.
Silly question perhaps but you don't have any cache plugins and your browser cache is cleared?
How did you get on with the other suggestions?

No changes made in .htaccess. I re-saved permalink structure and buddypress pages on wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-page-settings. Problem still same.

Hello Timothy,
We do not have any cache plugin. Everyone facing same issue so the browser cache is not an issue in this case. I tried the DB references and unable to locate anything regarding this. I still have old site available on Beta domain and I noticed the problem exists there also. So, this is not related to site move.
