a record and nameservers
the domain mapping has been working well for me. from a users point, they find it quite confusing to change the a-record as most of them are first time users and some them dont event know what a domain name is.
is there any way we can setup nameservers instead of A record (without parking the every domain name).
currently have a dedicated ip.

If you are using Plesk or cpanel it's pretty simple, your host can help you. That being said, changing nameservers isn't much different than modifying an A Record for a beginner end user. You may also have conflicts if users want to continue to host their email with a third party as that email will break as soon as they point their nameservers to you since you will then be hosting their email once their nameservers are pointing to you.... something to think about.
I'd agree - to a newbie, nameservers are just as scary as A records

Hiya,
Some good points by @Tracy there and in effect, you'd still need to change the nameservers to change the A record.
We should have a little guide on this soon so that might help you out.
