It's actually quite sleek. With the plugin activated, you'll be able to enter your own ad codes in your Network Admin area.
Your sub-site users will then be able to enter their own ad codes in their back-end admin area.
With that, the plugin will show either your Network Admin specified ads, or the sub-site ads, when users visit the site, depending on how you've set up the percentage.
