Hi,
In the latest release (v1.1, just released), the plugin also comes with a widget to display one or more last status updates. The widget can also be auto-updated in time intervals you set. One important note though - the new updates will be tracked by the widget only for updates made with the new version of the plugin. The old ones will, of course, still be on your system, but they just won't be picked up by the widget.
