Adding a new page that is not visible in the navigation menu

Hi,

I am trying to add a new page, but I don't want it to show up in the navigation menu. I also don't want to make it a sub-page of one of the parent pages.

Is there any way to do this?

There are lots of plugins on wp.org that let you manage/hide pages. WP 3.0 will finally have this built in.
