Help & Support from WPMU DEV members and staff
Hi kfeathers and first off, welcome to WPMU DEV!
Membership actually bypasses the standard registration/confirmation process but it provides a Communications section where you can customize emails/confirmations as such.
As you're missing the purchase buttons, could you please verify you've done the following?
1. Activated all the relevant gateways (Add-ons) you'll be using (this can be done at Membership > Add-ons).
2. Actually activated the gateways at Membership > Payment Gateways.
3. Ensured the Subscription Plans you're using can access the gateways you're using. If it's a free subscription, there should be no fee for it in the subscription setup. If it's a paid subscription, there should be a fee of some sort.
4. Activated and Made Public the Subscription Plans you're using.
Thanks,
David
Thanks David for responding.
Yes. I have done everything that is listed below:
It's a paid subscription so I added the fee.
Do I need to add the buttons to the http://www.site.com/register/ page under the shortcode [subscriptionform] ??

I am having this issue too as my registration/sign-up page doesn't look like the 4th screenshot on this page http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/screenshots/. Neither does it go to a second registration page like it does on WPMU after one signs up. I have the basic sign-up page (attached). How do I get it to reflect the subscription levels at sign-up?
