Hello,
Please let me know how I can assign a staff to tickets. I do not see the option for that, neither do I see where I can add staff.
I can only see Take Responsibility, but when I respond to the user it remains as "unassigned".
Please guide me.

Hello Bro Louis!
I am assuming you are talking about the Support System plugin?
You should be able to assign tickets to other Super Admins, however when testing this I cannot get it to work on my site either.
I will ask the developer to take a look!
