Are there any additional payment Gateways planned for Pay To Blog? maybe authorize.net, 2CO, perhaps PayPal Pro?

also interested since i am making someone developping the moneybooker gateway but noticed that the gateway is hardcoded in this one....

yes. and it is quite difficult since the paypal if hardcoded for the moment. The whole plugin must be modified.

Are there any plans to enhance Pay To Blog in the foreseeable future? It's a great plugin it's better suited for my project with membership, even with supporter. I have a feeling that the Membership Update might change all that so I'm kinda stuck... any advice.

There aren't plans for further gateways for Pay to Blog at the moment. We're actually working on a massive update to our Supporter plugin - which will then allow you to do everything that Pay to Blog does - and oh so much more. The Supporter plugin will be having additional gateways developed.
I know I know - ETA right? Well, we're working on it - and hope to be able to provide a beta this summer.
