The fix for the WordPress 3.3 should be in the latest plugin release (v1.1, just released). The new version should also be backwards compatible with WP 3.2. Can you please upgrade and see if it helps?
1.1 fixes it, but it still leaves the more information section on the right with links to WP forums and Documentation .... which is the only things we replace anything, we have links to our Documentation and to Support when we used the plugin pre 3.3 ..... so at least in our case, if would almost be better if the default content / instructions on left hand side were left alone since they are much improved from when this plugin was originally created, and the right hand side "more information" area was the actual area that was editable .... Actually the plugin should do both ... but given the default WP instruction quality ... some people might be cool with just being able to edit the more info section on right ...
Indeed, the contextual API in WP 3.3 allows us to do much more with contextual help. In the latest plugin release (v2.0, just released) there's much more control over the new stuff that got added with the new contextual help. There is also a compatibility layer for older, pre-3.3 installs that will attempt to scale the new help panels down.

Hmm yes, I see that too.
I guess this will mean a more extensive addition to the plugin which may take some time. Hopefully Ve can give some indication on that.
Thanks
