I'm not sure what to make of this but after installing Advanced Theme Switcher all of my pages redirected guests to a protected page message. We have Member Premium installed and are currently setting it up. It is not enabled. I then deactivated the Member plugin and the protected pages error continued to occur. It wasn't until I disabled the theme switcher that everything came back.
I tested this multiple times with the same results.

Hi and Welcome to WPMUdev forums!
I've been able to replicate your issue on a test install and have notified the developer of this behavior!
Thanks for letting us know! and we will be around with a fix shortly :)

Paul:
After testing we have determined that the problem is only for logged out users when installed with membership.
Membership being enabled or disabled makes no difference, it's presence causes a conflict.

Will this be fixed? We are working with a client to use the membership plugin as a tool to generate donations and are offering those who donate some extra features that regular users don't get like disabling ads and one of the key features is being able to switch to different themes.

responsebeacon, Yes of course this will be fixed. I'll try and have a solution early next week. Will that be soon enough or do you need something over the weekend?
Kimberly, thanks for the heads up.

No need to rush it for this weekend. We are still in the process of implementing the features we will offer. Next week will be good. Thank you!

Kimberly, can you ping me when you get online over IM when you have a moment. Have been trying to setup an environment to reproduce the issue on my end and wanted to make surge I'm matching your setup since you posted that you are able to reproduce this issue.

KimberlyL, no problem. I see the issues. Seems the two plugins are conflicting on rewrite rules collisions. Trying to sort this out.

responsebeacon, I've patched the code and can get this now working on my local development site. Would appreciate you taking a look at the beta to make sure you can also have both plugins working under your own environment.
You can download the beta http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2616987/WPMUDev/advanced-theme-switcher-1.0.7-Beta1.zip
Let me know. Thanks.

So far so. Both the Member and Theme Switcher plugins are activated and no issues so far.
Thank you!

Great. Glad to hear that. Since I posted the beta for you I've also added a theme switcher to the admin bar for logged in users. That will be coming the soon to be released versions. Thanks for testing.
