is the affiliate plugin integrated with the pay to blog plugin?
If not
does it work with it at all?
Can the affiliate plugin work by itself?
meaning, track affiliates earning from payments made to paypal.
I would like to have an affiliates program on my site, but I believe the pay to blog plugin is the best choice to monetize.

Hiya,
I'm afraid that affiliate and pay to blog aren't integrated.
We'd recommend you try out affiliate + supporter instead (it's much more powerful than pay to blog too!)
