when a admin of a sub site logs in they are sent to the dashboard of the main site. how do i get them to go to THEIR dashboard instead?

When a admin of a sub site logs in they are sent to the dashboard of the main site. how do i get them to go to THEIR dashboard instead?

By having them use there own sub site url to log in. i.e. http://subsite.maindomain.com/wp-login.php
