just giving the beta a spin, found this error:

I did also find this post that discusses the error along with a fix but from a different line within the plugin. It's in Russian but Google can translate it but with a really long, mucked up url so I won;t try and paste that here.

Looks like other folks had problems with that error as well:

Well, for me, the title of wp-signup.php is BLOG_NAME |Archive|
I don't have AIO SEO installed and even if I deactivate all plugins, it;s the same.
What should I do?

Have you tried disabling all plugins in mu-plugins to see if it's a plugin in there causing the problem?
