don't get the question but the premium plugin is to integrate with analytics and analytics360 is just for displaying, I myself use both in parallel as they complement each other...
I too have used these two plugins together for several months.
Working on a new client's site now, and his Mailchimp API key is different than mine. I think it's using a new datacenter b/c the API key ends in -us2 instead of us-1.
As a result, I'm seeing some errors on the Analytics360 plugin when I have the Mailchimp Newsletter Integration plugin installed.
