Hiya!
Is it just this feed you're having problems with or do others work?
Note that once you process a feed once, it won't process the same items again - even if you delete the imported posts.

Ah - sorry I was thinking end date.
If you have set a start date then yes, autoblog will honour that even if you try to manually process it. That's how it's supposed to be.

Okay, I've just done a bit more testing copying your set up and have the same issue which suggests there's some kind of bug.
I'll pass this along to the developer to troubleshoot further.

Just a quick note:
If you don't put anything in the filter then it will get all posts - that's the default status, so you don't need to put "the" in there.
