As for this matter, could you let us know exactly which version of Autoblog you're using?
It should be version 3.4.1 but I'd just like to make sure, to start with, that it's not 3.4.2.
We see tags now working again after reverting to 3.4 but have noticed that sometimes the category is added as a tag as well ... very strange. The source blog feed might have one tag but the blog that imports the feed ends up with two tags as the category has been added as a tag ...
There was a slight change in the category and tag options in the latest version. Perhaps that'll take care of any residual issues you were experiencing? Could you give that version a try?
