I am looking for either a theme, or a plugin that will allow me to create a website that does not reload, but each page is a panel that slides in, while the current page slides out (much like coda slider). I would love for there to be the ability to create a main menu, when a main page is clicked, a sub menu is revealed, and when the sub page is clicked, the panels slide, showing the new content.
I can't seem to find a good solution for my needs. Does anyone have any suggestions?
There were some more but I can't find them now (forget the theme names and from which company) But like I mentioned, if you want something real specific to your requirements then it might be worth hiring a developer for that.

You can achieve this using css3
I'm not a css3 or html5 pro, but I know you could most definitely do this... google is your friend, lots of examples you will find... ;) http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/ResponsiveHorizontalLayout/?chapter=3
The only downside is older browsers. But agree with timothy, you will need something custom made for you. Or make it yourself using the loads of free information you get from googling css3 content slider.

When it comes to specific requirements like yours it might be that you need to consider having something custom developed for you.
