Yes, a regular overwrite should be fine, as long as you are using the latest 100 theme pack (older versions have different folder names, which will mean that you need to delete all themes and then upload again... some users may have to reselect themes).
But as long as you have the latest 100 theme pack, you should be good to just overwrite.

A quick check shows Who Sees Ads code in there. You can set up a rule in WSA to check against supporter.
I have to throw in my request to drop all of these down to XHTML Traditional 1.0 though. Using strict or 1.1 and any flash embeds makes things fail. Kind of hard to do tech support with it set to strict.
We no longer use WSA, for example, using Kontera instead (which is a bazillion times easier)
Don't really get the strict / traditional thing... what fails? We have lots of embeds on edublogs without too many fails I think(and these are the themes there)?

check if theme like 'magazeen' exist in new themepack..if yes..it should be the new 133 one.
anyway..the 133 theme will have some more update before official non-beta released.

I've installed these. Many have a "A newer version is available" message with the option to update. Should I update them or do the versions in this set have customization I'll lose on update?

OK, new version now up and ready, so an unsticking this thread and announcing the pack as no longer beta.
@richcoy definitely don't update as prompted, you'll lose all of our customizations... these themes are, we promise, serious improvements on the originals :)
I want to ask if this theme pack is compatible with Buddypress. of course Farm 133 thems work with WP WPMU WP3.0, but, can i use this themes in a buddypress site?

I just got it. Thanks dubya. It seems the problem was caused by having download accererator plus running. I'm not sure why that messed it up, but turning it off made it much easier.
Many have a "A newer version is available" message with the option to update.
I just downloaded and installed the new theme pack today and also get this message. Is it only visible to admins, or all users? Can the notice be removed?

There's some WSA code in there, but primarily we encourage using the other advertising plugins here: http://premium.wpmudev.org/search-engine-optimization-seo/

My understanding is that you can't do any embeds within XHTML 1.1 or Strict but they do pass under XHTML Traditional 1.0.
