Hello,
I've tried to tinker with my settings and checked the other postings for an indication of what I am doing wrong. I think I'm running into a theme issue here, but I can't get the Checkout page to display correctly, it just appears as a blank page titled 'Pro Sites'. Please check it out here http://www.urbanruckus.com

Thanks!

Hi ebreuers
Welcome to the WPMU DEV Community and thank you for being a member.
I had a look at your website - logged in and found the blank page for Pro Sites. I also tried to reproduce the error in my own development environment, but wasn't able to.
So, I would like to suggest that you switch your theme on the Super Admin back to the basic WordPress Twenty Eleven Theme and see if you still have the same issue when logging into this test account. If so, then please deactivate all plugins, except the Pro Sites Plugin and activate the other plugins one by one to see whether one of these plugins is causing a conflict with the Pro Sites Plugin.
If the problem still persist, please let me know so we can have a closer look at your WordPress installation and setup for the Pro Sites.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Have a good day!

Hi Gina,
After switching the theme to Twenty Eleven, my pricing page showed up properly... Now I'm stuck because I've spent a considerable amount of time and money on the Dynamix theme and it's custom skin. Is there any way we can solve this for the Dynamix theme?
Regards,
Eric

So far I've tried removing the sidebar from the default page template to see if that solves the problem. No luck...

Is anyone looking into the compatibility of Dynamix and Pro Sites? I've pulled it down for now, but I'd still really like to use the theme.

Hi Eric
Thank you for your latest post. I will make sure to pass your request on to the Developer of Pro Sites. He might be able to provide some suggestions on how to make the theme work for you when using Pro Sites.
I think we might need to have a look at the theme files, but I will leave it to the Developer, since I'm not too sure which files we would need to see.
Thank you for your patience. We will revert back to you at the earliest.

Sounds like the theme is not using proper WP functions and loop. Can you paste the contents of the page.php theme file here please? If there is no page.php, then look for single.php

Hey Gina and Aaron,
Thanks for the replies! I was beginning to worry about this one getting resolved, I absolutely love this theme, but I'm noticing issues with the Pro Sites plugin as well as Marketpress. I'll post the page.php info below. Should I start a new thread in the Marketpress forum?
Best Regards!

As i suspected they got lazy and didn't use a loop as they should. Nevery fear though, it's simple to add.

Change this part to:
then near the end

Aaron,
YOU ARE THE MAN! Thank you so much, it worked like a charm!
Any ideas on the Marketpress issue? Or do you think that was related?
A million more 'thank yous'

(I'm a newbie now, but I'll be completing my technical web design course by the end of October and hopefully I'll be on the more helpful end here soon!)

That would be the same for MP as well, requires a loop. You should probably let the theme developer know they are doing it wrong.

@GinaB: Thanks for bringing this to Aaron's attention, that was quick and effective!
@Aaron: I did just that :) I hope he cleans it up in the next release.
Thanks again guys, this community is amazing!
