I'm not quite sure what you're asking for... You could use any theme you like with MarketPress, the themes we provide here are totally optional.
Is there something specific you're looking for? Not only can you use MarkePress with any theme, but several shortcodes and widgets are available to display product content from within any post, page, or sidebar.
