@yjxroro: You'd need to either pick a preset style that suits you or use a child theme CSS to do the colour changes. As for the RSS not sure what you mean. You could put an RSS icon in a widget or even in the code - it's more 'what' you are trying to do if you could clarify for me, sorry.
