Hi,
I'm trying to get buddypress working with Buddypress. However, the buddypress admin gets placed in the admin panels of both the main site as well as all the sub-sites, as opposed to just in the network admin area.
I've tried getting support from the Wordpress, Buddypress, and s2Member forums, to no avail.
s2Member id the plugin I use for memberships. I thought it might be part of the problem, not sure.
Some details:
Wordpress version: WordPress Multisite 3.2.1
Buddypress version: 1.5.1
Theme: BP Social

Hi deonsa and first off, welcome to WPMU DEV!
I've not heard of anything like that occurring before and really can't see how that could occur. There's no way the theme itself can make those menu items available on sub-sites.
Have you tried deactivating all your plugins except BuddyPress to see if the issue persists?
That'd be the best starting point I can think of given how it's working.

Switched to BP Default, and no change.
Yet it is strange that the problem also persists when I deactivate all the plugins...

Tested it on two other sites, both without s2member installed. One site uses BP Social theme and the uses buddypress default.
Same problem....
Must be a buddypress issue then.

Only the super admin can see this, not the administrator of the sub-domain.
