I would like to be able to expand the user profile across most of the page. How do I remove the Member Left Widget on the left and expand the profile across the page? Also I want to be able to show user pictures below their profile.

Hiya,
Just go to Appearance>Theme Options>BuddyPress Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
The second area on this page is for your membership components. Choose the '2 column layout'.
As for displaying photos on the profile page this is not something that is part of this theme (or even default to BuddyPress). You'd have to have a plugin to do this for you.
Unfortunately that didn't work whatsoever. I selected '2 column layout' under blog layout and homepage layout. all that happens is that every page except the profile shows on two column layout. The profile is still showing 3 columns like in the picture I attached above.
I am also having a second problem now. I have placed three widgets on the homepage, which only show when you're logged in. Otherwise you still get the placeholders requesting that you login and add widgets. Why?

Hiya T3Kaos,
Please read my original instructions again. You were looking under "layout settings" rather than "buddypress settings" I believe.
Under BuddyPress Settings the second option is "BuddyPress Profile and Component Layout". This is where you want to make the change to 2-column.
As to the homepage widgets not dislpaying that's not something the theme should be doing (and I can't replicate the issue). What are you privacy settings for the site? Do you have any other plugins in use? Try disabling those and see if the widgets appear.
If the above doesn't work let us know and provide a link to your site. I'll take a look and see if I can spot anything.
I disabled the all the plugins but still no widgets showing correctly on the front homepage when logged out. :( When I'm logged in it shows fine. Please visit http://uknexttopmodel.com to see what I mean.

Hiya T3Kaos,
Well, we're making progress at least :)
Thanks for the link, I'm seeing a javascript error on the site. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but I believe it's a twitter plugin.
uncaught exception: Cannot continue until a pending callback completes.

We may be able to get things back up and running if we find the source of this error. You sure all other plugins are disabled?

Thanks. Got that first problem solved. The members profile page is no taking more space and the left widget column is gone finally!
Tomorrow I'll start disabling plugins until the front widgets are showing when you're logged out. A step closer to the vision - lolz!
