We got your message through email, it seems you responded through the email notification. Taking a look at the link you provided, I couldn't seem to replicate the issue.
Could you give it a try through a different browser?
Alright, we've received your further email on this and it seems most likely that the Store page didn't get created or got deleted.
Could you please visit Products > Store Settings > Presentation, ensure all the slugs are as you want them to be at the bottom of the page, then press Save?
That should create the Store page if it's not there and also reset the slugs.
As we haven't heard back from you we're going to assume the problem was sorted out and mark this thread as resolved.
If it wasn't resolved, or you have any more questions related to this thread please feel free to post them below and tick the 'Mark as Not Resolved (re-open)' box below the post area (or else we'll miss it!)
Otherwise, thanks for using the forums, and, as always, for being a member of WPMU DEV, it's a pleasure to help you out and we look forward to being of assistance in the future.

Hi KitchieKoo,
Could we get a bit more information on your setup? Such as which version of WordPress and MarketPress you're using?
Also, could you try deactivating other plugins to see if this is stemming from a conflict?
If you can provide a link to the site as well, we may be able to find something there.
Thanks,
David
