we just updated the themes to compatible with latest BuddyPress 1.2.
all the themes now include a child theme and blog_news page-template to replace
the deprecated HOME_BLOG_SLUG.
Some changes note:
- BuddyPress Fun now had preset style where you can choose which style you like
or you can always used theme options for your own customization.
- added support for define ( 'BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG', true ); in wpconfig.php
- BuddyPress Social post css fixed and filcrk-youtube now used usermeta rather than db query
for storing setting.
- added child themes for bp-corp, bp-community and bp-fun
- Themes also now compatible with single wp install with buddypress and if you do not want to use buddypress, you can also use the themes in no buddypress wordpress and wpmu enviroment, it will work like normal wordpress/wpmu theme.
as always, if you found any bugs...just let me know

New 1.2 social theme. My blogs option.
In the main blog (http://www.blogamio.com), at "My blogs option" it does not appear any other options (Dashboard, new post, manage posts...). Nothing appears.

do you meant the the adminbar?
i see you disable adminbar for non logged in user..could you setup a demo user
so i can check it or just temporarily enable adminbar for non logged user.

seems like the installation path is wrong.
please read the readme.htm for the 5 step install instruction.
you just need to upload the unzipped -> themes/bp-social & bp-social-child
to var/www/wp-content/themes/
and the unzipped /mu-plugins files to var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins

1-The navigation drop down tab seems to have gone,e.g the child page does not show under the parent any more? can you advise please?

I've just uploaded v. 1.0.5 of the BP-Business theme and I cannot get a static page to display as the home page.

Currently my front page is displaying "The Latest News", not the page I've selected. It also isn't displaying any pictures from the posts.

bp-social v1.1.5 just released..i think the problem also on the changelog list.
here's some changelog
- added missing modify to theme option php to stylesheet sync
- fix ie issue, especially missing avatar block in ie8..some css ruling needed apply
- compatible up to buddypress 1.2.1
- missing depth=0 for navigation subpage
- added li border line for directory

If you go to download BP Corporate, it says it was updated 2/21, but says that it only works with BP 1.1.3.
You might want to update that.

More info.
This error only apeears at the home page. In others pages, the suboption menu (Dashboard, new post...) appears OK in the my blogs option.

always install some other compatible themes.
I am getting this also.
I have activated, unactivated, everything, bp, wpmu, theme all the current versions.
And no blogs shows in the blogs area, it did work before, now it 'says blog owner must fill out one field of profile info.'

it's a matter of the explorer you use. It happens with Safari but not with ie 7.
Also with ie 6 it displays all the theme horrible.
It does not happens with other themes. Only with social.

I can confirm item 1 in weightfan's post as well. Child pages no longer drop-down from the parent page tab on the navigation.

the changelog just list of problems fixed in new versions (v1.1.5)
you have to download the latest version in bp-social theme page.
reupload and update the themes.
unless you make any customization to tpl..be sure to backups the old version first..
