I have activated the BuddyPress Links plugin, but it is not showing up properly on the BP nav bar. It shows up as a bullet link and is displayed twice.
I tested on both BP Default and BP community and it shows up as a regular menu link/tab on those themes.

@AquaPebble: Can you provide a link to the plugin please. Daily uses the new wordpress 3.0 navigation so think it could be to do with that. However, I notice it's outside the ul closing tag so my thoughts are if you could try this file attached see if that fixes it. Replace library/components/buddypress/buddypress-navigation.php

@ Tammie, that removed one of those "links", there is still one left - so almost did it. :D
The plugin doesn't state Wordpress 3 compatibility only 2.9.1.

I was recommended to use it for what I wanted to achieve told it should work fine with WP 3 - I suppose this is it's failing, as the rest is working.

@AquaPebble: Try this one then having to hack about the navigation a bit to get to work with the variations in the navigation but this should nail it.
