Hello,
Yesterday I had a wp.mu (WPmu + bbPress + BuddyPress) installed at http://userboricua.com, everything seem fine but this morning I notice the Buddypress Plugin was inactive, the funny thing is that Buddypress is running perfectly. If I hit active o activate site wide I get this:
"Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error."
I know I could leave it deactivated since everything seem to work as it should, but I just want to make sure this will not affect me later during development or show time.

Just to be safe, Should I ignore the fact that Buddypress is running sitewide but the Plugin is Deactivated?

Just leave it as it is. That oddness is a result of the installation process used by WP.MU. Everything should be fully functional.
Thanks,
Andrew
