hello i'm having issue in my hosting about the database consuming and my website have been blocked twice. i have removed some plugin and ask for another check for the hosting and that is the reply.
Unfortunately, when I removed the restriction, a lot of processes were spawned (see below).
can you please help to understand what it's means ?
i also have the recomandation to test the site with http://gtmetrix.com
i have these suggestions for example:
The following cacheable resources have a short freshness lifetime. Specify an expiration at least one week in the future for the following resources:

Normally using W3T should be sufficient, but I checked your website and saw that first byte time is too long. Is W3T active for your homepage at the moment?

It is ok now :) Your website is optimised.
Please also uncheck CDN enable as you are not using it.
Please also note that this is almost the best you can do given the constant resources (shared hosting I assume). If your hosting still complains about database usage, it can only be because of high traffic. Then you will be having two options 1) Change your hosting company 2) Upgrade to a higher account of theirs.

another question what about the spwaned proccess? was they related to the set up?
i mean these like this:
aaelch 9118 35.5 1.3 368908 106684 ? RN 04:12 0:00 | \_ /usr/bin/php /home/aaelch/public_html/index.php
can you explain me please what they are ( is possible and it does not take to much of your time...)

That shows a list of running processes. Hosting companies send such lists to prove that there is an issue with your website, and responsibility is not theirs. But they have no practical meaning for us. Because they do not show where the issue is. Which plugin? Which file? How much resource? These questions stay unanswered.
We just look at the final result: If page is loading fast, it must be using less resources. Simple and exact.

For the second part of your question:
1. Take a backup of your htaccess file.
2. Add the following inside htaccess:
If you encounter a server error after this change, revert back to your backup file and we discuss again.

Try to change "Page Cache Method:" as Disc:Basic
Are you really using a CDN here? I don't know the meaning of Generic Mirror, and I assume you checked CDN enable option knowingly.

Also please check if "Cache home page" checkbox is checked on "Page cache" page.

Thats why I told you backup your htaccess file at first place :)
Ask your hosting if they support "ExpiresActive" in htaccess. If they don't, then just forget about it.
