When I open my website at ipad, the header does not work properly, the blue colour does not go until the right side of the screen.

We don't currently support mobile devices such as the iPad with this theme I'm afraid.
You will want to consider creating a child theme and using CSS media queries in order to customise the theme to work in iOS but that's custom development that is outside our reach here I'm afraid!
