Ok. I was thinking about using a Front Page like Nelo or Trident for my bp/wpmu site, but now that I've gotten the kinks and errors cleaned up, I'll be honest in that I'm a little scared to "add" something like a front page. Has anyone done this and may I see your site before I do it. Currently, my site, ndcom.com, when you go to it just loads the default buddypress homepage theme.

All the buddypress stuff for the home page is just a bunch of widgets. Make widget areas in home.php and you're set. (also add the needed code in functions.php) You'd be ripping out what's there though.
I shoudl mention I'm right in the middle of using a Revolution theme for a buddypress setup. haven't got to the member theme part, but the home page has been pretty easy.

Hiya,
I don't believe the Nelo or Trident themes would work well for a BP frontpage. We'll be looking into making some BuddyPress themes in the future.
Thanks,
Andrew

Cool thanks for the guidance. Let me tinker with this. For now, I backup my files...
