Hi There,
I just install supporter. when I activated it I got the following error
"The plugin does not have a valid header."
I tryed to uninstall by removing the folder and now my whole site is down and I am unable to acess any part of it only FTP and Cpanel SQL do I have acess to
I Know now where I whent worng I didnt take the time to notice the extra install instructions, and set up in different folder
But for now all I want is to get my site back up and showing, I have renamed the plugin folder but still no joy I have tryed fresh installs of the site I have even set up the config file to a new empty DB but still the system shows only a white page with a error
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/rydalwuk/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14"
I can understand where the problem is if I have re installed the whole site and have moved teh plugins folder and tryed to force it to re set up on a new DB ?
Please any help or pointers gratfuly recived since I am pulling my hair out here

It sounds like you may have installed the plugin through your admin interface rather than through FTP. If that's the case, you can simply remove the installed folder from /wp-content/plugins/.
Alternatively, you could rename your /plugins/ folder (or /mu-plugins/ folder if there is one) to at least get you access back into your site.
I cant seem to find any Supporter tables in my DB been over them three times not sure if it fully installed the only thing I did was deleate the zip file from upload folder there wasent one in the plugin folder
Yes I had done that just treated it like a normal one, I was in a hurry and didnt stop to think :-)
One of the first things I done was re name the plugin folder with no luck
As it stands at the min the site has had a fresh install, the Config is pointing to a new DB with no tables so it should go into set up mode, but it hasent on my home page I get the error Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/rydalwuk/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14
and on the Admin side I get
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /home/rydalwuk/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 32
I cant understand why its not showing, unless a file has been inserted some where but I can see anything at the moment
If Supporter was merely installed through your admin area to begin with, then renaming the plugin folder should definitely resolve any issues there, allowing you to then remove the installed files to fix it.
I'm a bit confused as to what's occurring here though. Are you saying you re-installed the whole site and the problem still persisted?
Ok have managed to recover my main site need to see what the deal is with the muliti sites I had
I wiped everything then fresh reinstall when i coped over the config file the error came back so I just made a new config file so it was something in that file that was causing it
Hi
I am still trying to recover the Muiti Site Webs when I try to enable it it keeps coming back with an error

Just checking if it was eventually resolved in another thread? Or by yourself separately to us? Or by us over email with you? Or using our live support?
If so, no need to reply, that's great news.
If not, could you let us know by re-opening this topic, and we'll get onto it and helping you out asap!
