Greetings puccino,
Do the new API settings in Facebook match the API setting in your installation?
Logged into the admin dashboard go to Facebook --> Facebook Settings --> Facebook API
and check in the section described above that these below:
App ID / API key
Secret key
API Locale
Match your settings at Facebook for your new API?
Please advise.

Greetings puccino,
Did you by any chance completely delete the old API from Facebook by any chance?
Are you perhaps running caching of some sort?
Have you by any chance deleted your browsers cache?
Please realize I really am trying to help with you to figure out what this issue is, doing remote support can certainly be a challenge.
Please advise.

Greetings puccino,
Thank you for your additional input.
I suspect that the settings must still be somewhere in the installation though I have no idea where at this point.
Therefore it is time to call in the lead developer with his invaluable insight to possibly help us resolve this issue.
Though it may take a bit longer then a normal ticket, I will try to get him in here asap.
Cheers, Joe

Hello,
On Multisite installs, the plugin settings in network admin area are different than in the regular admin area. The "Network" tab refers to the "Network options" section in your plugin settings in network admin area (network admin > Facebook > Facebook Settings).

Greetings puccino,
From that last screen shot you sent me it seems it wants to allow you to change the API information.
Please advise.

Greetings puccino,
After re-reading this entire thread I think Ve is trying to point out that in WordPress MultiSite installs there are two places for the settings and it seems you are only referring to one.
There are settings in both the Network Admin Dashboard and then again in the site admin dashboard.
First please check the settings in the network admin dashboard and match them to the same kind of setting in the site admin dashboard.
Please advise.
Cheers, Joe
