I had to change the primary domain and the global site search is still picking up the old primary domain in the searches. Any idea where in the MySql I can find this setting?

I personally find the best way to search and replace in the database is to do a DB dump then use a tool like BBEdit on Mac or PHP Designer on Windows (or your own preference) to search through the whole file and replace any items required.
This ensures nothing is missed. Then simply import the DB over writing with the new changes. As you know, keep a seperate backup just to be sure. :-)
