We've been looking at this one for awhile, not just for DEV members but as something to help out on Edublogs as well.
I'll ask a couple folks where development is at on this project as I'm actually not sure. Thanks for your interest and for posting! :)
I wouldn't hold your breath at the moment, we've done some great groundwork but it's such a massive project that it could well be a couple of months for a beta :/
