We won't be making flash clickable sorry that's just not something flash allows with the script being used or without editing flash. We may be considering changing this for a non flash option in the future though. Then it would be easy to make clickable.

Looking at the admin options I don't believe that is currently possible, sorry.
You can make feature suggestions and theme updates here:

This will allow the theme developer to see what updates are most important for end users. :-)
