Hi, is there a plugin that can log a conversation history between users- for example an admin and a subscriber- without using buddypress? So that the users can view the private conversation as a timeline.

Hello Atlanta,
I have seen feature requests for similar plugins before, check this out: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-member-private-conversation/screenshots/
I think that would work for you, don't you think? If not will dig deeper :)

Thanks, it looks great. I will check it out and see if it works with multisite and membership.

Great, let me know, if it doesn't work, we can always do more digging :)

I like this plugin but it lets subscribers to a blog communicate with other subscribers.
I want subscribers to be able to contact the admin not other subscribers.
I want the admin to be able to contact all of his subscribers.
I do not want either party to be able to see each other's email address
Admin must be cc'd or there must be a conversation history in case of disputes.
Suggestions?

Heya Atlanta,
Just posting to make sure the thread appears in the latest updated ones so that @Arun can post about your questions.

Hey Atlanta,
Since you do not want them to see email addresses, email communication wouldn't work I guess.
How about a support system plugin? Users can write to the admin, admin can contact everyone using email anyway (like using the enewsletter plugin). All messages form one thread

What do you think? If this idea works, we can work on it and perfect it to suit your need. Let me know!
