Pay to Blog doesn't have coupon functionality at this point and I couldn't see an easy way of doing it in the plugin code. There's some upcoming stuff that may make this much simpler but I believe this would come down to custom work as it currently stands.
Maybe others around here might have ideas on this though?
aww man....I've posted so much on the job board (like, all 3 times)....no one responds. So far, it looks like I needs customization with adding a second chained payments option, adding coupon codes (couldn't we just make a coupon code plugin?) & featuring other sellers product on front page :(
The chained payments is a tough one and I don't know of another way besides custom work to get that done, unfortunately.
There's some big plans for stuff coming out soon enough that will affect a lot of things like the Pay to Blog plugin and I believe it would resolve the coupon codes concern, if not directly then indirectly with filters.
Using a widget that let's you use shortcodes (a rather simple process as well), you could, say, create text widgets that uses the shortcode to display products from a particular shop on your network. It would require a widget, and thus a widget area, but it could be used to feature products.

And while I wouldn't know how to get featured products, or products for that matter, to show in the Network theme front-page listing, I threw together a shortcode recently that let's you list products on a per-blog basis.

You could actually use the shortcode on a page as well. It's also possible to add widget areas to the theme if that's preferable. In the following, there's an additional widget area added to the top area of the Network theme.
