I'd like to see it work a bit like amember where you could give out a coupon code and it take either a percentage or fixed amount off the recurring subscription each month or have a discounted 1st month using paypal trial as a way to do this.
For example " enter coupon BLACKFRIDAY to recieve %50 percent off your subscription". Then the coupon would would expired on a set date. Also I'd like to see a way to limit coupons usage say. 1st 10 people get 10% off.
The supporter plugin is very extensible, that's how it is so modular. Each optional module/feature is a custom plugin that hooks into the supporter-framework.php file. Also the payment gateways are plugins too.
We'll look into it - I guess it basically depends on complexity, essentially you guys are asking for:
- Aboluty to create Coupon that can be entered on sign up (for Supporter, rather thna sign up for a new blog) which can:
... take a % off the price on an ongoing basis
... give then a free first month or similar before the subbie kicks in (I like this one)
... can be limited to number of user or to expire by a certain date
This what I am looking for, I was going to ask if there is anyway to offer a discount during the initial free period.
I currently offer 30 days free upgrade but it would be great if I could offer say 25% off subscription if people sign up with first 15 days for example.

Would also be nice in the supporter plugin to add actions and filters so it could be modified with another plugin without touching the source.
